Pam’s Pick this week is: “Stuart Woods’ Smolder” by Brett Battles, this is a Stone Barrington novel. Stone agrees to attend an art exhibit, there he meets an intriguing woman. She is on the trail of a ring of art thieves. Soon Stone is forced to reckon with a familiar enemy, who is after his mother’s paintings. He must act fast before whoever is out to get him can finish what they started.
New Fiction: “Red Sky Mourning” by Jack Carr, this is the seventh book in the Terminal List series, “The Midnight Feast” by Lucy Foley, “Not Love” Ali Hazelwood, “Swan Song” by Elin Hilderbrand, “The Wealth of Shadows” by Graham Moore, “Summer Fridays” by Suzanne Rindell, “The Shadow of War” by Jeff Shaara, and “Shelterwood” by Lisa Wingate.
New Christian Fiction: “With Each Tomorrow” by Tracie Peterson, this is the second book in the Jewels of Kalispell.
New Mystery: “Ashes to Ashes, Crust to Crust” by Mindy Quigley, this is the second book in the Deep Dish Mystery series, and only in large print.
New Biography: “The Call to Serve: the Life of an American President, George H.W. Bush” by Jon Meacham.
