Pam’s Pick for the week: “Clete” by James Lee Burke, this is a Dave Robicheaux novel. Dave and his partner Clete Purcell are looking into smugglers with a dangerous new drug. Clete thinks they are the one who ransacked his car. When they hear rumors of the dangerous substance with potentially catastrophic effect, they know they must get the drugs off the streets.
