Pam’s Pick this week is: “Theo of Golden” by Allen Levi, this is the story of giving and receiving, of seeing and being seen. One spring day Theo moved to Golden. He visits the local coffeehouse, where hanging on the wall there are ninety-two pencil portraits of the people of Golden done by a local artist. Theo begins purchasing them, one by one, and returning them to their “rightful owners.” Each exchange a friendship is born and a life altered exchange.
 
New Fiction: “The Wild Card” by Stephanie Archer, this is the fifth book in the Vancouver Storm series, “Order of Royals” by Jude Deveraux, this is the second book in the Blue Swan series, “Jigsaw” by Jonathan Kellerman, “The Invisible Woman” by Jonathan Kellerman, “The Astral Library” by Kate Quinn, and “Cold Zero” by Brad Thor.
 
New Christian Fiction: “The Belle of Chatham” by Laura Frantz, and “Hearts of the Fly” by Toni Shiloh.
 
New Biography: “La Lucci” by Susan Lucci.
 
New Non-Fiction: “Mayo Clinic Guide to Arthritis,” “Forgotten Souls: The Search for the Lost Tuskegee Airmen” by Cheryl Thompson, and “George Washington Writings” this book was donated to the library by the Col. Stephen Trigg Chapter SAR.
 
New Audio Book: “Nash Falls” by David Baldacci.
 
New Movies: “The Roses,” and “Secret Agent Dog.”
 
New TV Season: “Matlock” season 1.
