Children’s Programming
Join us on Wednesdays July 8th, 15th, 22nd, & 29th in the basement at 10:30 or 12:30 for our Summer Reading Program! Children ages 2-12 can come participate in this free program. We will read books and complete activities that support the theme. Don’t miss our special presenters, LBL Nature Station “I Walked with Dinosaurs” on July 15th and Feller Express Dinosaur Encounters on July 22nd.
For All Ages
Join us in the basement on Thursday, July 9th at 6:00 p.m. for our Dinosaur Craft Night. We will be making dinosaur bookends, with one set available per family. Families with multiple children attending may also make a dinosaur trinket dish or coaster as an additional project. Click here to register.
Join us Saturday, July 11th at 9:30 a.m. for a puzzle tournament. Register as a team of 2-6 players or as an individual, and come ready to compete! Registration for this event will close Monday, July 6th. This program is for all ages! Click here to register.
For Adults
Join us Thursday, July 16th at 6:00 p.m. for a book discussion about “The Lost Tomb” by Douglas Preston. Copies of the book are available at the front desk on a first come first serve basis. We will discuss the entire book.
For Ages 12 & Up
Join us for a book discussion on Thursday, July 23rd at 6:00 p.m. in the library’s basement. We will be reading the second book in The Hunger Games series, “Catching Fire” by Suzanne Collins; the ebook and audio are available on Hoopla. All tween, teen, and adult fans of The Hunger Games are welcome to attend!
